My New CD-Rom is now available!

My new CD-rom is not a copy of my blog, but a full-blown cookbook on CD-rom.  It is a collection of all of my best dessert blog posts plus many more recipes.  In all, there are over 110 recipes and over 400 photos to help guide you in making the best desserts of your life.  Using this cd-rom is so much easier than trying to find what you want on a blog.  You'll have the table of contents always on screen if you like, and everything is hyper-linked.  That means that if you want to go to a recipe or a linked technique, all you have to do is click on the text, and away you go.  PDF works with every computer, as long as you have enough memory (the file's not that big).  You can either use the file on your laptop in the kitchen, or print out a copy and then take it to the kitchen.  You'll never have to worry about dirty or torn pages, again.

Another great advantage to cd-rom is that I can send you an updated pdf when a correction or addition is made to the book.  All I need to do that, is your email address.
